What to expect

Support clients with a ‘mom first’ approach by focusing on maternal health such as emotional well-being, breastfeeding support, sleep coping strategies & overall physical recovery

In depth knowledge of newborn care including infant feeding, sleep & settling techniques, umbilical cord care, bathing, dressing, diapering, and common newborn conditions

How to gently share evidence-based practices to ensure the highest quality of care for new mothers and their babies

Recognize & support common postpartum issues such as traumatic births, postpartum bleeding and complications, pain management, fatigue & exhaustion, feeding challenges, & PPD/PPA

Provide unbiased and unconditional support for mom and baby including considerations for cultural sensitivities

How to support family dynamics such as partner support and involvement, extended family and community support, as well as adjustments for partners and sibling

What to expect

An up to date, evidence based approach so you are a go-to resource for your clients.

Expertise in the anatomy and physiology of pregnancy and birth including tests, procedures, & common complications

Mental and emotional preparation and exercises for expecting parents

Rights vs policy and how to help expecting parents advocate for their preferences and informed consent

Knowledge of ‘high risk’, as well as common birth interventions such as induction, pain relief and cesareans, & how to help mom’s avoid the cascade of interventions

I’m a wife, mom of two, and the unapologetic CEO of a multi-6 figure brand that I built from the ground up while raising babies, leading with purpose, and helping thousands of families around the world navigate pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with confidence.
This isn’t just a job. It’s a movement rooted in passion, purpose, and the belief that women deserve more... more options, more respect, more impact. Birthwork cracked my heart wide open and lit a fire I couldn’t ignore.
With a background in entrepreneurship, coaching, sales, and social media, I bring a rare mix of strategy and soul. I created this training because I was sick of the gatekeeping, the outdated models, and the low bar for what doula education could be.
This program is everything I wish existed when I started: a place where you can learn the art of birthwork, grow into a powerful advocate, and build a business that gives you freedom—not burnout. You’ll leave with the skills to support women deeply and the tools to build a brand that stands out and sells.
